Most of our collections are ready to ship and will be sent out within 5 business days.
However, if a collection or item says made-to-order OR pre-order (please read the listing thoroughly) then it will take 4-6 weeks (or specified time in listing) to make your items before we can ship them out. We do send shipping/delivery emails out when your order is on it's way so keep opening your emails from us.
We use CanadaPost for all our shipments. Every item is sent with tracking so you can watch as your order makes it's way to you. Due to covid restrictions CanadaPost does not guarantee shipping times anymore so in turn we can not either. We find it takes 3-10 business dasy for domestic (Canada) and 5-20 business days for international (including USA). If you would like to upgrade your shipping from our standard shipping please email us and we can make it happen.
Are you getting local delivery? We personally deliver local items, once a week from the Comox Valley (including Cumberland) all the way up to Campbell River. Our delivery dates change each week but they are usually Saturday/Sunday. We will send you an email the morning of your delivery so you can watch your door. If no one is home we leave the package by the door and do not hold responsibility for stolen articles. If you have any specific delivery information (buzzer number, change of location etc) please email us the info at time of order.
Currently we offer our wears online and at our pop-up every Sunday in Campbell River at the Farmers Market on Cedar St, downtown. (May-September, 10-1:30p)

No we do not make custom designs or sizing but we do offer specific custom changes per listing. Please read the listing thoroughly to see any customization options. If you need an item hemmed to a specific length please let us know at time of ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We also offer made-to-order collections to our email list every so often and this is the only time we offer a full spectrum of colours and sizing to choose from.
We are size inclusive! Most of our designs fit from an XS to a 3XL but some designs are sized differently (see listings). Please read each listing thoroughly and check the individual size charts and measurements.
A few notes to take:
- Sizing is not standardized so PLEASE check your measurements to our charts.
- We use stretchy fabrics and most people can fit into 2 sizes. Size down for a tighter feel, size up for a looser fit. Each design will have specific fit recommendations so please read the listings.
- Still not sure your size? Email us your measurements and we can help you choose the right fit for you.
This is a passion subject for me and one of the focuses of our company. We make all of our decisions based on the question; Is it good for the planet? good for our customer? and good for our company? If we can say yes to all 3 questions then we feel confident in our choice.
Some example of a few of our eco-conscious steps are:
- Using organic and/or STANDARD 100 by EOKO-TEX certified fabrics whenever we can.
- Compostable mailer bags.
- Recycled paper bags, tags and materials.
- Solar powered pop-up shops (markets and festivals)
- Save and re-use ALL fabric scraps and off-cuts.
- Living and working from a tiny house and studio. Building sustainability into our daily living and lifestyle.
We are always adding to the list of ways we can do better. Have any suggestions? Please drop us a line and let us know them.
We recommend for all our garments that you simply machine or hand wash in cold water and hang to dry. Iron on low if needed. We also recommend natural detergents for the sake of our environment.
Each listing will specify if there are any special requirements per fabric type. For example our 100% cotton pieces should NEVER go in the dryer or they will shrink.
All garments have wash instructions and fabric type on the tags so you always have that info on hand.
