Wholesale FAQs

Yes. Retailers may choose from our current wholesale colour selection. Opening orders require a minimum of two units per colour and between two and four colours per order.

Absolutely. Sizes may be mixed freely to best suit your customers.

We offer a recommended Starter Bundle featuring our two best-selling colours, Black and Moroccan Blue, with one XS, one S, one M, and one L in each colour. You're also welcome to contact us if you'd like recommendations based on your store or customer base.

What sizes are available?

The Signature Tulu is available in XS, S, M, L, and Plus (P).

Because of its multiwear design, sizing works a little differently than traditional clothing. Many customers choose different sizes depending on how they plan to wear it. We're happy to help you choose a balanced size assortment for your store.

How long will my order take?

In-stock garments generally ship within 2–4 weeks.

Made-to-order garments generally ship within 4–8 weeks.

We'll always confirm your estimated shipping timeline when your order is accepted.

What happens if a colour is temporarily unavailable?

If a fabric or colour is temporarily unavailable, we'll contact you with an updated production timeline before beginning production. You'll always have the opportunity to approve the revised timeline before we proceed.

Yes. Every Signature Tulu includes a printed How-To-Style pamphlet, a sustainable fabric hangtag, and access to online video tutorials.

Yes. We're happy to provide product photos, lifestyle images, videos, product descriptions, and merchandising suggestions to help you introduce the Tulu to your customers.

Yes. Every garment is individually handmade in Canada using sustainably sourced stretch knit fabrics.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations are a natural part of the process and are part of what makes every garment unique.

Absolutely. Reorders are welcome at any time, subject to our minimum order requirements and fabric availability.

At this time, we do not offer automatic geographic exclusivity.

If exclusivity is important for your business, we'd be happy to discuss it on a case-by-case basis.

We're always happy to help. We can provide product education, styling guidance, and resources to help your team feel confident introducing the Tulu to customers.

If questions come up after your order arrives, please don't hesitate to reach out.

This is a passion subject for me and one of the focuses of our company. We make all of our decisions based on the question; Is it good for the planet? good for our customer? and good for our company? If we can say yes to all 3 questions then we feel confident in our choice.

-Recycled paper bags, boxes and materials.

-Solar powered pop-up shops (markets and festivals)

-Living and working from a tiny house and studio on a semi-offgrid Eco-Retreat.

-Building sustainability into our daily living and lifestyle.

Nadbrad Designs Wholesale Policies

At Nadbrad Designs, we believe clothing should invite curiosity,
confidence, and freedom of expression. We value thoughtful
partnerships with retailers who enjoy introducing customers to
garments with a story. Thank you for considering Nadbrad Designs for
your shop—we're excited to work with you.

Please review the policies below before placing your order.

Ordering

Wholesale orders can be placed by emailing wholesale@nadbrad.ca.

Please include:

  • Product style(s)
  • Colors
  • Sizes and quantities
  • Shipping address
  • Any special requests or notes

Once your order has been reviewed, you will receive an order
confirmation outlining product availability, estimated production
timeline, and an invoice for the garments.

Minimum Orders

Opening Orders

  • Minimum 6 units total
  • Minimum 2 units per color
  • Choose between 2–4 colors
  • Sizes may be mixed freely

Reorders

  • Minimum 6 units total
  • Minimum 2 units per color

Subject to fabric availability.

Pricing

Current wholesale pricing and suggested retail pricing (MSRP) are
provided on our current wholesale line sheet.

Retailers agree to maintain pricing that aligns with the suggested
retail price unless participating in a seasonal or promotional sale.

Payment

Payment is required in full before production begins.

Once payment has been received, your order is officially confirmed
and production will begin.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of payment
for a full refund.

After 72 hours, production may have already begun. Any
cancellations or changes requested after this time may be subject to
a fee of up to 50% of the order value, depending on
the stage of production.

Production Times

Our garments are handmade in Canada in small batches.

  • In-stock items: generally ship within 2–4
    weeks.
  • Made-to-order items: generally ship within
    4–8 weeks.

If production timelines change for any reason, we will contact you
as soon as possible.

If a requested colour or fabric is temporarily unavailable, we
will contact you with an updated production timeline before
proceeding.

Shipping

Orders ship from British Columbia, Canada.

Shipping costs are calculated once your order has been packed and
are invoiced separately prior to shipment.

Orders will be shipped once both the product invoice and shipping
invoice have been paid in full.

Wholesale orders do not qualify for any free or discounted shipping.

Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped using UPS or Canada
Post Parcel Service with full insurance.

If you prefer to use your own shipping provider or account number,
please let us know when placing your order.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Retailers are responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs,
import taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and any other fees
associated with receiving international shipments.

Returns & Damaged Items

Wholesale orders are final sale.

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item,
please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will
work with you to replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.

Handmade Variations

Every Nadbrad garment is individually handmade.

Slight variations in colour, measurements, stitching, or fabric
texture are a natural part of the handmade process and are not
considered defects.

Product Support

Every Signature Tulu arrives ready for display and includes:

  • One "Handmade Using Sustainable Fabrics" hangtag
    (for the retailer to apply their own pricing sticker)
  • One How-To-Style pamphlet
  • One garment pin for attaching hangtags

We also provide online video tutorials to help both retailers and
customers explore different ways to wear the garment.

If you or your staff would like additional product knowledge,
merchandising ideas, or selling tips, we're always happy to help.

Selling Nadbrad

The Signature Tulu is designed to be approachable. While it can be
worn in many different ways, most customers naturally discover one or
two favourite styles and enjoy wearing it that way.

For the best customer experience, we recommend displaying at least
one styled example whenever possible.

If you need display suggestions, product education, photos,
videos, or marketing assets, please reach out.

We want your team to feel as confident introducing the Tulu as we
do.

Wholesale Accounts

We value respectful, long-term relationships with our retail
partners.

Nadbrad Designs reserves the right to decline or discontinue
wholesale accounts at our discretion.
