Shipping policy

All orders ship with Canada Post Standard Parcel, unless prior arrangements have been made.  Once orders are ready to ship please give sufficient time for shipping. 3-4 weeks international and 1-2 weeks for Canada.  All items ship from Vancouver Island, Canada and may be delayed due to weather conditions. 

Some countries require taxes and/or duties to be paid at customs, any fees are to be paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed or paid for by Nadbrad Designs.

Customer is responsible for providing accurate information including, e-mail, shipping address, and billing information.  If items are lost in mail due to wrong information no refund will be provided and Nadbrad Designs will not be held accountable.

Local orders can only be picked up from our studio in Black Creek, BC Canada.  A confirmation of completion email will be send before you can schedule a time to pick up your order.
