Refund policy

Returns

Returns and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.   Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of arrival.  If 7 days have gone by since your purchase arrival, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  All returns must be shipped back within one week of accepted request. If you have not sent out the item within 7 days of acceptance, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

All transportation charges are borne by the buyer on all returned or exchanged goods, unless Nadbrad Designs agrees otherwise.  

Buyers are responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS (return shipping and new item shipping). If the item is not returned in its original condition (not washed or worn), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The exchanged item will not be sent until original item has been received back and new shipping has been paid. 

No claims for rebates, discounts or the like will be entertained by Nadbrad Designs in the event of slight color and quality variances due to computer screens and handmade uniqueness.  Sale items and limited edition items cannot be exchanged/returned.  Nadbrad will not be held responsible for neglect of care.

No returns or exchanges will be entertained by Nadbrad Designs if wrong size was ordered.  Notes on listings and size charts are available, measurements must be taken before ordering.  If there is any doubt when ordering please contact us with your full measurements and we will help the best we can.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as henna or henna kits cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, including bralettes and booty shorts.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Limited Edition, Discontinued or Clearout items 
- Sale items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
