Read full listing for size discrepancies. Some items are made with extra stretchy material and we find people like to size down for a more fitted look.

Inseam measurements are from the crotch to the desired length of pant. Please email us with your inseam and outseam if you want your item custom hemmed.

Most of our collections are ready to ship and will be sent out within 5 business days.

However, if a collection or item says made-to-order OR pre-order (please read the listing thoroughly) it will take 6-9 weeks (or specified time in listing) to make your items before we can ship them out. We do send shipping/delivery emails out when your order is on it's way so keep opening your emails from us.

We use CanadaPost Standard Parcel with tracking. Currently CanadaPost does not guarantee shipping times. We find it takes 3-10 business dasy for domestic (Canada) and 5-20 business days for international (including USA). If you would like to upgrade your shipping from our standard shipping to UPS please email us within 12 hours of your order and we can make it happen.

USA orders will be shipped with either CanadaPost or UPS depending on current import rules. All duties and tariffs have been added to your shipping cost so there wont be any hidden cost at time of delivery.

We recommend for all our garments that you simply machine or hand wash in cold water and hang to dry. Iron on low if needed. We also recommend natural detergents for the sake of our environment.

Each listing will specify if there are any special requirements per fabric type. For example our 100% cotton pieces should NEVER go in the dryer or they will shrink.

All garments have wash instructions and fabric type on the tags so you always have that info on hand.
