We use CanadaPost Standard Parcel with tracking. Due to current restrictions CanadaPost does not guarantee shipping times. We find it takes 3-10 business dasy for domestic (Canada) and 5-20 business days for international (including USA). If you would like to upgrade your shipping from our standard shipping please email us and we can make it happen.
USA orders will be shipped with either CanadaPost or UPS depending on current import rules. All duties and tariffs have been added to your shipping cost so there wont be any hidden cost at time of delivery.
Simply machine or hand wash in cold water and hang to dry. Iron on low if needed. We also recommend natural detergents for the sake of our environment.
All garments have wash instructions and fabric type on the tags so you always have that info on hand.
